Jack Root, C.E.O. & Chairman of the Board
With more than 40 years experience in the financial services industry, Jack has grown several successful businesses over the years. Jack began his own financial planning practice that flourished, employing and guiding more than 150 representatives to success. Seeing the big picture is one of Jack’s many strengths. His next endeavor, Successful Money Management Seminars, Inc. was a family business with five of his six grown children and two son-in-laws involved with the company which they grew to 155 employees with 7,000 customers worldwide. In 1996 they sold SMMS and Jack tried his best to retire. “The Internet was an emerging technology and I knew it was going to be huge. Eventually, PixelGigs drew me out of retirement and I love it.” Jacks main involvement is in sales and marketing because he knows that “nothing happens in this world until someone sells something.” Jack and his wife Wilma have 6 children, 5 in-laws, 22 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.

Ashton Root, President
The true visionary behind PixelGigs but is happy to have well qualified Team Members on board who have helped make the concept a reality. “We have only two goals at PixelGigs. First is the constant development and improvement of the SmartSuite and second is to support our customers.” Ashton’s passion is the Internet, “The Internet is still in its infancy. What tomorrow holds no one knows, but I know that PixelGigs will be there to bring our Members the most cutting edge and useful tools on the planet.” Ashton has two children, a 23 year old son, Taylor and an eight year old daughter, Madison.

Taylor Root, Vice President
Practically born with a computer in his hand, Taylor brings his youth to PixelGigs. At only 23 years old he is already an experienced business man with a successful on-line video enterprise under his belt. Taylor has a zest for life and everything PixelGigs. “My focus is on the younger generations who are very computer literate and in need of cutting edge technology to propel them forward as they embark on their careers.”

Kevin McCarthy, Vice President, Product Development
Kevin is in his element as VP of Product Development. “I love it; I truly love what I do!” A “Power User” since the birth of the computer chip, Kevin brings his many years of computer skills to PixelGigs. Kevin and his team of developers have worked tirelessly to bring the SmartSuite to fruition and will continue to add productive and useful applications in the future. “All of the applications are accessed online making the refinements seamless as far as the end users are concerned. Each time they log in to the SmartSuite the goal is to make it better than the time before.” Kevin lives in Corvallis, Oregon (Home of Oregon State University) with his wife, Rachel. His son, Chris attends OSU and his daughter, Noelle, attends Trinity Western University in Canada.

Gordon Root, Vice President, International Business Development
Gordon was a financial advisor right out of college then Vice President of Successful Money Management Seminars, Inc. As an entrepreneur, PixelGigs is right up Gordon’s ally. “I am always looking for new and exciting ventures. Introducing PixelGigs throughout the world is a fantastic experience. Common to all cultures is the need for businesses to save time and money and communicate more effectively. The SmartSuite is perfectly suited for everyone, regardless of the country.”

Pat Forrester, Sales Support
Over 30 years as a securities broker has prepared Pat for his role at PixelGigs. “I enjoyed the customer service part of the work the most. It’s very satisfying at the end of the day being in the position to help a person solve a problem.” Pat is married to wife Iris and has two sons, Christopher and Anthony and two Grand Sons.

Jean Root, Office Administrator
Jean is perfectly suited to her role at PixelGigs. “My co-workers all move at the speed of light. I keep them organized so they can do what they do for the benefit of our Members.”

Douglas Skordal, Director of Affiliate Operations
Doug has over a decade of online marketing and networking experience and has been a professional graphic artist for nearly 20 years. He has created effective marketing tools and content, produced top blogs, is active in social media and social networking, and brings a wealth of resources to our Affiliates. Doug has built large teams and created successful leaders through strong coaching and mentoring. "I am so excited to work directly with the Affiliates to help make their dreams come true. Aaron Whitaker, Chief Design
Aaron is an absolute wizard in front of a computer filled with the latest and greatest digital design tools. “Our focus is on ease of use and branding. I get a lot of latitude to bring my ideas to the table which is awesome.” Aaron’s design work is crisp and clear with an eye on the future.

Randell Perez, Media
From video production to social media, Randell helps get the word out about PixelGigs. If it’s in the news or on facebook chances are good that Randell is behind it. “In the digital world so much can be accomplished in very little time. The trick is to rise to the top of the heap.”

Account Executives
